Home prices in Charleston fall over 16% from January 08

I have been selling homes over 35 years and never have seen a better time for buying a home then now!! And if you are a First-time home buyer you can claim a tax credit worth $8,000- or 10% of the home’s value which ever is less on your 2008 or 2009 taxes. Centralized Showing Service reported an increase in home showing in the last few weeks. Prices will go back up as soon as more homes sell in Charleston SC. Get on board and buy now before you miss the train!!
About the writer John Martin: I moved to Charleston, South Carolina, in 1960, after being honorably discharged from the U.S. Air Force. I served a year in Vietnam and received the Armed Forces Service medal. My wife Jane is a native Charlestonian, and we have three children Dan, John boy, and Jenny. Knowing Jesus Christ as my personal Savior, trusting in him, and lots of hard work has been my reason for being successful in real estate sales for the past 35 years. WWW.CharlestonHomeSales.com
